Living Literature presents Solito In collaboration with Rhode Island Center for the Book and The Manton Avenue Project, in support of the 2022 Reading Across RI community read:

A 45 minute, readers’ theatre style presentation of Solito, by Javier Zamora; A powerful memoir about a young boy’s harrowing journey from El Salvador to the USA, brought to life in community. Performed by three local actors. Optional additional programming: This year Living Literature is collaborating with the students of Manton Avenue Project, as they create and produce mini plays in response to the Solito text, and Living Literature’s performance.
